Eastern Bloc, Delft

At the old entrance gate of Delft, this former office building was purchased for a new development project for homes and a commercial space. We transformed the building into 34 residential units, varying from 30m2 to 40m2. The target group we serve are students, exchange students, starters, young professionals and state holders

This makes it the place for students, expats and young professionals. In addition to your own apartment, the building has a spacious lounge, large parking lot and laundry room! Of course, after a day of work or studying, you can still have a nice beer with friends in the lounge in the center of Delft, chill in the outdoor area or relax and watch a movie in your studio.

Facilities

Both the relaxed studios and Het Oostblok are equipped with all conveniences. Each apartment is delivered turnkey and fully furnished. The entire building is equipped with Wi-Fi. You can relax in your own studio, but also on the lovely outdoor terrace, or at the front along the water of the building. Of course, there are also plenty of practical conveniences in and around the building, such as the bicycle shed and the laundry room.
