Of course, one thing and another depends entirely on the content of your search. After a number of potentially suitable homes have been selected, we will plan an efficient viewing route for and with you. After viewing(s) and proven interest in a specific home, Expata Real Estate will then guide you. From the entire further process of (price) negotiation to other (contract) negotiations, to drawing up a rental agreement and an extensive inspection/check of the home upon handover of keys.
